PUNK MITZVAH

In the hours leading up to her bat mitzvah ceremony, 13-year-old Este realises she hates her life, hates her dress and wants to take after her role model Siouxsie Sioux on her big day- even if it kills the rabbi.

Punk Mitzvah is a 12 minute short I produced as my Graduation film in 2024. In all honesty it was a pretty messy production with lots of bumps and hurdles to stumble through. It was a tough but rewarding experience and I learned a lot about managing and caring for a team in a leadership role.
